Information Technology which is a continuously evolving field demands committed professionals to perform their best. As there's a lot of scope for a successful professional career, it is very important for students to realize the extent of this field.
Acknowledging this importance of Information Technology in today's times, Sinhgad College was the first one to enforce this course when it was introduced by the University of Pune in 1999-2000. The department got accredited in the year 2006, When NBA team visited the college.
The course has been designed to give the students a thorough feel of the subject in its entirety. There are expert faculty members to encourage students to think different and to create a mark in this field.
